Stability & Mobility is a core conditioning, hip & shoulder strengthening, and balance training class using body weight exercises, resistance bands, and the barre. This barre-yoga inspired class will focus on establishing stability and mobility across joints using basic patterns of movement while increasing muscular endurance and efficiency of activities of daily life.
