Dance Fitness is a fun, hip, calorie-burning workout inspired by urban street jazz and hip-hop. Keegan Carroll will break down the moves of the professionally choreographed dance routines, step-by-step so everyone can bust a move. You will burn serious calories, while having fun. Classes are designed for all fitness levels, from beginner to advanced.
